Im 17 and live in Staffordshire but soon moving to
Derbyshire own four border collies, they are very active and enjoy obedience and agility and other fun learning and training.
They are all very intelligent and fast to learn and will occupy them selves if they get bored. We have a nice hole in our
leather sofa from a bored moment and a corner missing of the bed and a few chewed door frames. Nothing major just adds a little
dog touch to the house. I take them to companion shows in the summer which they enjoy the day out and its great socialising
for the family. I hope to start breed shows once we have moved and are settled in properly. Our family have always had border
collies when i was a baby i grew up with a sable border collie Penny, who had been found as a stray, we also had Nell a black
and white rescue who had come from Wales as she was found wondering. She was really nervous at first but she lived a long
happy life with us and live till about 16. We also had Emma a collie x, which we had from a puppy, i was 2 when we had her
and sadly she died when i was 15. Our family would never be without a border collie again. One day i would love to breed border
collies.
